職責(zé)描述: 1. 基于大參林最基礎(chǔ)的業(yè)務(wù)單元——大參林零售藥店(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“門店”)開展業(yè)務(wù),學(xué)習(xí)連鎖零售藥店經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、日常用藥、營(yíng)銷技巧、會(huì)員管理等領(lǐng)域知識(shí),為顧客提供健康管理服務(wù),從而達(dá)成經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo); 2. 學(xué)習(xí)門店的陳列布局、藥品GSP、商品效期管理、商品進(jìn)銷存等領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)知識(shí),做好門店的商品管理; 3. 參與公司營(yíng)運(yùn)項(xiàng)目(如新店拓展、籌建、開業(yè)等); 4. 不定期的參與高管座談會(huì)、E-learning平臺(tái)各項(xiàng)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)、不同主題的線下集中培訓(xùn)。 任職要求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限,藥學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、對(duì)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)感興趣,醫(yī)藥門店進(jìn)行工作歷練,性格積極陽光,韌性強(qiáng); 3、溝通表達(dá)能力優(yōu)秀,有較強(qiáng)成就發(fā)展動(dòng)力、執(zhí)行力,認(rèn)可大參林人才培養(yǎng)方式。

崗位職責(zé):
1、學(xué)習(xí)公司產(chǎn)品知識(shí),掌握生產(chǎn)和工藝流程;
2、參與相關(guān)部門的輪崗學(xué)習(xí)和工作,3-6個(gè)月后根據(jù)個(gè)人情況定崗定編;
3、完成階段性安排的項(xiàng)目工作;
4、參加公司組織的各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)和會(huì)議;
5、公司為全體同事提供專業(yè)技能方向和管理方向雙發(fā)展通道,在學(xué)習(xí)和提高專業(yè)技能的同時(shí),也應(yīng)注重個(gè)人素質(zhì)和管理技能的提升。
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,高分子材料、化學(xué)、化工類專業(yè);
2、有強(qiáng)烈的好奇心,對(duì)問題喜歡刨根問底,樂于鉆研;做事謹(jǐn)慎細(xì)致,考慮問題全面,具備較強(qiáng)的人際溝通能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,做事有計(jì)劃性與條理性,執(zhí)行力強(qiáng);
3、能夠獨(dú)立查詢資料,閱讀英語文獻(xiàn),熟練使用Office等軟件;
4、認(rèn)同公司價(jià)值觀:言忠信、行篤敬、臻至善。
