To provide professional front-line services to external suppliers and internal employees , collectively handling information enquiries regarding invoices, TEC, pay slips and personal administration enquiries. It’s also the first contact window for employees on system problems.

職責(zé)描述:
1、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)拉美各戰(zhàn)略市場經(jīng)銷商渠道動態(tài),制定新經(jīng)銷商新建店培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目及資料包;
2、負(fù)責(zé)按照乘用車產(chǎn)品上市計(jì)劃及訂單情況,制定產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料包的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)工作;
3、負(fù)責(zé)收集拉美區(qū)域當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鱿嚓P(guān)信息,制作本土化營銷賣點(diǎn)及服務(wù)話術(shù)類培訓(xùn)資料;
4、負(fù)責(zé)考察乘用車經(jīng)銷商店端運(yùn)營實(shí)際情況,制定服務(wù)提升類培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目及資料開發(fā)。
5、負(fù)責(zé)給對應(yīng)區(qū)域市場的客戶或者分公司員工提供線下和線上培訓(xùn),前往當(dāng)?shù)亻_展到店培訓(xùn)輔導(dǎo)工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)開展培訓(xùn)滿意度調(diào)查,并分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行持續(xù)優(yōu)化,完成培訓(xùn)落地閉環(huán)管理;
7、負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)平臺運(yùn)營使用,持續(xù)研究創(chuàng)新型培訓(xùn)模式并進(jìn)行本土化導(dǎo)入。
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者;
2、英語或西語或葡語流利,具備一定的課程開發(fā)及授課能力;
3、有開發(fā)乘用車產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料優(yōu)先,有開展海外培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),具備一定抗壓能力。

Responsibilities: - Assess, develop, and implement selection process and tools that increase the level of top talent in the organization while ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations. - Develop and coordinate delivery of selection training to both recruiters and hiring managers, with a focus on improving quality while maintaining efficiency. - In partnership with other HR teams, look to create alignment between selection and development processes. This includes continued integration of competencies in selection, identifying internal opportunity awareness and selection, and organizational succession planning alignment. - Provide coaching, guidance, and influence of both the Recruiting team and Field HR in aligning organizational goals. Qualifications: - At least Bachelor's degree from a well-known university - 5 years of mid-to-senior-level-position recruiting experience in the retainer or contigency-based search firm or inhouse experience in the large organization. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands. - Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs. - Fluent English/French ability is required. - Smart and result-driven
