崗位職責(zé): 1、主要負(fù)責(zé)礦山電氣設(shè)備選型、安裝、維護(hù)等工作; 2、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助上級(jí)(分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo))對(duì)公司中長(zhǎng)期技術(shù)路線的制定; 3、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助上級(jí)(分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo))對(duì)礦山技術(shù)管理工作的安排; 4、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助各級(jí)別員工日常工作(技術(shù)指導(dǎo),圖紙指導(dǎo)等)。 崗位要求: 1、10年以上礦山機(jī)電工程師相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 2、能力優(yōu)秀的可以放寬到5年以上; 3、熟悉礦山電氣設(shè)備安裝、維護(hù)等工作; 4、熟悉圖紙,可以對(duì)一般性電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢修; 5、有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí),公司發(fā)展前途,待遇好,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好。

主要職責(zé): Owns the design of one or more MCCB Frames and isresponsible for the technology development of new products, technology management and significant modifications. Coordinates design activities across the 3 regions for those Frame(s). Assists the MCCB Engineering Manager to manage- the team activities to ensure projects are completed according to expectations in terms of quality, cost and schedule. Provides support for production line, quality and warranty supports. A Good written and oral English communication skills. C. Understands the manufacturing capabilities and translates these into design requirements. Drives industricalization in one or more global manufacturing facilities. Makes sure design changes are implemented quickly. B. Manage product technology; take charge of general technical management, design including improvement, product performance improvements, and product cost reduction. C. Coordinates and leads product development across the 3 regions for the Frame(s), plans annual product improvements. D. understands applicable IEC/ANSI and GB product standards and PROLaunch procedures to instructsubordinates and teams in the US and EMEA region. E G. Act as technical mentor for new and junior employees together with team coaching. H. Help MCCB Engineering Manager to build organization capacity(BOC) I. Work with project manager to ensure timely completion of project expectations. J: Assist MCCB Engineering Manager to hire and ensure appropriate training of the team members in order to fulfill project expectations and strategic objectives. K: Motivate team members and assist R&D Engineering Manager in team members’ performance management. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求: A. Good command of oral & written English B. Manages projects for new products or re-design of existing products according to client needs. Drives the whole process from design to testing phase while providing technical leadership to assigned technicians/engineers. Make sure the project design to be conformance to needs & requirements of the local market. Advising on feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering solutions by other team members. A. Develop design project goals & objectives, analyzes feasibility of new products in line with marketing strategy and technical criteria. B. Benchmark competitors’ products and technology advancements. C. Understand design procedure, new technologies and engineering techniques. D. Design, development and justify and guide the installation of new Engineering concept for comprehensive overall improvement including use of statistical tools. E. Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budget time and cost constraints. Keep all related project documentation well controlled. F. Designs the plans of various components in order for technical support, application support, production line support. G. Responsibility for appropriate prototype testing and evaluating of products, parts, equipment, tools and systems, along with necessary corrective follow-up. H. Develop, maintains, and supports design process and focus on concept design, piece part drawings, assembly drawings and Bill of material creation. I. Coordinates & insure successful product qualification test in the lab. J. Redesign existing products to reduce cost, find local sourcing for cost reduction. K. Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求: A. 1. 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)電部分生產(chǎn)管理工作,保障機(jī)電工程各項(xiàng)預(yù)期目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),并對(duì)機(jī)電工程各項(xiàng)工作結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)
2. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,參與編制月度施工計(jì)劃。編制機(jī)電部分工程施工計(jì)劃以及勞務(wù)、材料、資金等生產(chǎn)要素使用計(jì)劃,并組織實(shí)施與監(jiān)督控制
3. 參與商務(wù)策劃、計(jì)劃成本的編制及商務(wù)創(chuàng)效、成本管控等方面的商務(wù)工作
4. 協(xié)調(diào)各業(yè)務(wù)組、業(yè)主與分包商,對(duì)分包的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工等進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、管理,保證項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度按計(jì)劃順利進(jìn)行
5. 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)電部分工程(暖通、給排水、電氣等)技術(shù)方案審核;機(jī)電專業(yè)供方施工方案的審核工作
6. 參與重大技術(shù)方案編制,及時(shí)向技術(shù)部進(jìn)行反映、溝通,保證所編制的方案的可行性
7. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)編制計(jì)劃,組織項(xiàng)目機(jī)電責(zé)任工程師編制機(jī)電部分工程技術(shù)方案和施工措施
8. 組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)電責(zé)任工程師向分包商或作業(yè)層進(jìn)行技術(shù)方案的技術(shù)交底工作
9. 依據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求,組織機(jī)電責(zé)任工程師編制物資采購(gòu)計(jì)劃、進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃等物資初步計(jì)劃
10.協(xié)調(diào)物資管理工作,保證物資供給及時(shí)到位,負(fù)責(zé)所轄機(jī)電部分工程的成本管理,做到開源節(jié)流
11.保障公司質(zhì)量與安全管理要求在機(jī)電部分工程中的貫徹實(shí)施
12.組織機(jī)電責(zé)任工程師管理、控制、監(jiān)督和檢查機(jī)電部分工程分包商的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工。保證施工過程嚴(yán)格
13.按照質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和業(yè)主要求進(jìn)行,處理機(jī)電部分工程施工中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量、安全事故,并分析事故原因
14.協(xié)調(diào)處理好與業(yè)主、分包商、監(jiān)理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周邊單位等之間的關(guān)系
15.負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目機(jī)電竣工資料和竣工圖(含分包)的編制、整理和收集工作,制定項(xiàng)目維修、回訪等售后服務(wù)計(jì)劃,參與項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收和配合開展項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)
